Hanagata, a talent manager in the music industry, is trying to find the next big group. In an uphill battle, he guides four young women - Himawari, Yuri, Sakura, and Ayame - in their pop debut as the group "Mix Juice." The problem for Hanagata is no one is interested in giving him or the girls a chance!
Meanwhile Dr. Tsukumo, a genius child scientist, is trying to create the first environmentally-friendly spacecraft capable of going to the moon. When one of his many experiments goes awry, he looks for volunteer astronauts to take on the dangerous mission of traveling into outer space.
Hanagata, wanting to make "Mix Juice" a big success no matter what the cost, agrees to allow the "Mix Juice" girls to be Dr. Tsukumo's astronauts. So begins the wacky adventures of "Mix Juice," experimental astronauts and talent extraordinares!
