Position: Book Keeper for the Shinsengumi

Bio: Tetsu’s older, more responsible brother. He seeks to keep Tetsu in line and sway him away from joining the Shinsengumi. Since his parents were killed two years ago he tries to be Tetsu’s protector and guardian. He signed up to be the book keeper of for the Shinsengumi.

He is soft spoken and polite. He seems very down to earth and thinks of Tetsu’s well-being above all else. He has a peaceful demeanor and is often apologizing for his younger brother’s behavior.
