Azumanga Daioh wins big on the English Track

Anime on DVD's The English Track ? as well as DubReview.com ? announced the winners for August 2004 Best dub and actress. These awards are voted on by the fans!

Volume 4 of Azumanga Daioh gets top honors as the August Dub of the Month.

Kira Vincent Davis was voted as Best Actress for August with her role of Osaka in Volume 4 of Azumanga Daioh.

This is the second time a volume of Azumanga Daioh has been voted by fans as a top dub of the month, with Volume 3 winning the honors last month. And to top it off, last month also saw Allison L. Sumrall awarded Best Actress with her role as Kagura.

Congratulations to Don Rush, director of Azumanga Daioh, on his back-to-back wins!
