Kai Kudou ? played by Chris Patton - Kai, in his mid-teens (15 or so), is the main character. His demeanor is very kind and he doesn?t want to hurt or kill people with his powers. He has a strong sense of responsibility and justice and he always tries to do what is right. His power is potentially as strong as Hikaru (his little sister). He speaks in a fairly polite tone even when in formal situations.

Eiji Sagimiya ? played by Jay Hickman - Eiji is a high-ranking official in Ashurum, and could possibly be the mastermind behind devious goings-on. He is always kind and polite in public or to character?s faces. He won?t hesitate to sacrifice people if the need arises. His speaks in a semi-formal manner to the AESES recruits, and formally for the conferences.

Hikaru Kudou ? played by Danielle Kimball - Hikaru is Kai?s little sister. Her age is roughly 8 or so. She is always sick and in the hospital. She is not conscious of the strength of her powers. She speaks like a normal little girl (no sudden shifts in speech)

Shen-Lon Belvedere ? played by Greg Ayres - Shen-Lon is the younger of two twins (Shen-Lon and Shin-Lu). He is extremely fond and protective of his sister, to the point of violence. He feels superior to most, and is fairly angry. He hates Kai because of his sister?s feelings towards him. He speaks in an extremely straight-forward and informal (kind of a young tough feel) manner. He speaks respectfully to Eiji (who he respects greatly).

Shin-Lu Belvedere ? played by Kira Vincent Davis - Shin-Lu is the older to two twins (Shen-Lon and Shin-lu). She is a very kind person, generally, though she has no love for normal humans. Her personality shifts throughout. She is fairly informal (i.e. relaxed/familiar levels) and semi- polite.

Yuuki Tokugawa ? played by Ben Pronsky - He is a tough guy with a heart of gold (Han Solo-esque) He is extremely capable in all fields, from combat to cooking. He knowledge is pretty extensive. He cares a lot about his town, friends and family. He believes in doing the right thing, but has an ?ends justify the means? streak to him. He speaks in a tough guy manner for the most part.

Maria ? played by Christine Auten - Maria is a psychic that works with the Gald guerillas. She is a very kind person who is dedicated to her cause. She really hates Ashurum and all that it stands for. She speaks with a bit (but not a huge amount) of an air of superiority (and never to Erimiya).

Erimiya ? played by T. P. Postlewaithe - Erimiya is a very powerful psychic. He has been involved with psychics and their research for a long time. A kind man who wants the best for all people, humans and psychics alike. He speaks like a grandfather, or town elder.

Maxim ? played by Jason Miesse - Maxim is a very powerful psychic who is loyal to AESES and Eiji. Not a very nice person and very willing to kill if need be. He has a definite air of superiority about him. He speaks quietly and in a fairly straight-forward manner.

Asuka Tokugawa ? played by Hilary Haag - Asuka is Yuuki?s adopted sister. She is a psychic; though she does not realize it (she can ?understand? the feelings of animals and people). She is a very caring person and tends to stray animals (and sometimes people). She is not very observant but not stupid. She speaks like your average teenage girl, though she tends towards the polite side of things.
