HOUSTON January 9 2003-Kevin Sorbo star of the top-rated Tribune Entertainment/Fireworks Entertainment syndicated science-fiction series Gene Roddenberry?s Andromeda (distributed on DVD and VHS by ADV Films) will commemorate the January 14 2003 release of the latest volume of the series-?Season One Volume 1.4?-with a personal appearance and signing at Sam Goody Central in Bloomington Minnesota?s world-famous Mall of America. The appearance will commence at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday January 14th and will mark a homecoming of a sort for Sorbo a native of Mound Minnesota.

The famously handsome Sorbo Captain Dylan Hunt in Andromeda is also well known for his starring role as Hercules in the long-running series Hercules: The Legendary Journeys. He has also appeared in numerous network television programs. Outside of acting Sorbo leads the organization ?A World Fit For Kids!? which stresses the importance of mentoring and becoming a positive role model for our nation?s youth.
