Happy New Year!

Whew! What a party. It looks like your old pal the Prophet overdid it just a tad while ringing in the New Year. My head feels like someone used it for a drum solo. And I'm pretty sure I was wearing pants when I went to bed...

Ah well no matter. The Prophet had plenty to celebrate this year with his friends at ADV FILMS. This was our best year yet!

February saw the beginning of ADV's home entertainment release of the SCI FI Channel's Saturn award-winning hit series FARSCAPE!

June saw us unleash the DVD debut of the greatest anime saga ever - ROBOTECH!

In October we brought North America the premiere of Katsuhiro Otomo's action-packed masterpiece SPRIGGAN - ADV's first theatrical release!

November was a special time indeed as the hallowed halls of ADV HQ were visited by the lovely and talented... oops! I almost let the cat out of the bag! You'll just have to stay tuned to find out more about this very special project! (Hee hee... ain't I a stinker?)

Along the way ADV continued doing what we do best by bringing you the coolest new anime titles available like ARC THE LAD NADIA: THE SECRET OF BLUE WATER GETTER ROBO: ARMAGEDDON ORPHEN and more!

And if you think we're going to take it easy in 2002 think again. ADV has another blockbuster year in store for all our fans with exciting new titles DVD premieres of classic series' from the days of yore and lots more cool stuff as we celebrate our ten-year anniversary!
