Congratulations to Sequential Tart the World Wide Web?s best online magazine about comics anime and pop culture for winning the coveted Lulu of the Year award at the San Diego Comic-con. This award is given every year to the creator comic or entity that best exemplifies the Friends of Lulu organization?s mission of encouraging and promoting female participation in the comic book industry. The Tarts have always been great friends of ADV and we salute them for this well-deserved victory.
