ADV FILMS ANNOUNCES LICENSING AGREEMENT WITH DREAMWAVE PRODUCTIONS

COMIC COMPANY WILL CREATE POSTERS OTHER COLLECTIBLES BASED ON ADV FILMS TITLES

HOUSTON October 29 2002 - ADV Films today announced an agreement with Ontario-based comic-book production company Dreamwave Productions-recently in the news in light of their contract with Hasbro to create the first new TRANSFORMERS comics since the early 90s-under which Dreamwave will produce certain licensed collectible merchandise based on ADV Films titles. The first product on the schedule is a collectible four-color lithograph poster featuring characters and art from the hit ADV title Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040.

?The greatest challenge with any licensing agreement is in ensuring that the quality of the licensed product reflects the quality of the original? said ADV Films President CEO and Founder John Ledford. ?Our agreement with Dreamwave is an excellent one because of their passion for the medium and the exquisite quality of their work. Initial concepts for the Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040 lithograph are already in progress. When complete the lithograph poster will be available through the ADV Films website and other channels.
