Newtype USA Update

Your ol? pal the Prophet here with some very good news for all you anime fans out there. Shifty my super-double secret deep cover spy in the Newtype USA offices reports that the first monthly issue of NTUSA has been completed and is currently off at the printers. Shifty says the staffers celebrated this milestone Friday afternoon with a little of the ol? bubbly then buckled down and started working on the second issue.

Shifty also managed to sneak the Prophet a quick look at the first issue?s proof pages and let me tell you I was blown away! If you thought the Convention Preview from this summer was something special you haven?t seen anything yet. The new issue is drop-dead gorgeous with tons of really incredible features interviews and more. Plus they?re giving away tons of really cool prizes! You?ll definitely want to pick up this historic magazine when it hits stands mid-October.

Alas after turning in his report Shifty was discovered by the Newtype USA ninjas (who knew they had ninjas too?) and has not been seen since. He will be missed.
