Tomorrow's a Big Day!

Several outstanding ADV Films releases hit the streets tomorrow June 10th. There?s Full Metal Panic! Mission 01 first volume of the hotly anticipated anime series; it?s available as the DVD only or in a collector?s edition with a particularly cool hard collector?s box and a t-shirt to boot. You?ll love this one. Anime-Reviews.Net sure did?a perfect 10 out of 10!

Voices of a Distant Star streets tomorrow as well. ADV Films? release of Makoto Shinkai?s single-handed masterpiece was screened to considerable acclaim at A-KON a couple of weeks ago. It?s an extraordinary accomplishment and the DVD includes not only the short film of the title but also a huge load of extras?more than an hour of them! If this doesn?t have you convinced even the gimlet-eyed crew at Anime Jump liked it and they?re awfully hard to please.

Saiyuki: Old Friends & New Enemies (the second volume of the series) streets tomorrow as well; this is a quality series that?s getting richly deserved attention from fans and media alike. Join the Sanzo party! Here?s what Anime on DVD had to say in their review.

And finally though wallets may be whimpering there?s Gamera: Revenge of Iris the third volume of the updated Gamera trilogy boasting everyone?s favorite giant fighting turtle. He?s fairly high impact but he?s got a heart of gold. Big turtle big fun!
