ANIME NETWORK? ROLLS OUT IN PHILADELPHIA WITH RCN
Video On Demand Offer Substantiates Consumer Demand For Dedicated Anime Channel
HOUSTON May 28 2003 ?The Anime Network the first dedicated anime network in the nation today announced an agreement with RCN Corporation (Nasdaq: RCNC) wherein the Anime Network will be available through RCN?s Impulse on DemandSM VOD service at no extra charge to RCN subscribers substantiating consumer demand for a 24-hour anime cable programming service. The Anime Network?s thrilling array of Japanese animated programming will be available to RCN digital cable customers in Philadelphia beginning June 1 2003.
The Anime Network will provide RCN with approximately 25 hours of programming in English which will be refreshed at regular intervals. The Anime Network?s programming features anime series and feature films in four genres?action science fiction martial arts and comedy?including such popular titles as
Noir Spriggan Neon Genesis Evangelion Gasaraki Kimera Samurai X Excel Saga and
Those Who Hunt Elves.

(Houston Texas June 9 2003) The Anime Network the first dedicated anime network in the nation today announced a nationwide promotional agreement with Suncoast Stores wherein all 385 Suncoast retail outlets will promote the new Anime Network through in-store signage and online banner ads at the company?s website

As previously announced Anime Network has carriage agreements in place with RCN (in greater Philadelphia) and Comcast OnDemand (in Philadelphia and New Jersey) for free video-on-demand programming.
