Shotgun Reviews Hails VOICES as a Classic

I?ve said for a while now that Shotgun Reviews honcho Troy Brownfield is the smartest man on the internet. His insight into current events is eloquent and fair his knowledge of pop culture would stagger Kevin Smith and his taste in comic books is impeccable. So when he says he digs something I tend to take notice. And let me tell you friends the man loves Voices of a Distant Star. Check out this review he sent to ADV HQ yesterday. In it Troy gives Voices the heralded ?5 Banana/Classic? rating and says the anime is ?a rare thing; it's the first major work by a filmmaker that holds the promise of tremendous things to come. It's emotionally honest brilliantly conceiving absolutely touching and thrilling to behold.?
