Fanime Announcements!

This weekend Matt Greenfield and David L. Williams headed out to sunny Santa Clara for Fanime Con! The ADV Films panel has just wrapped up; as usual the dynamic duo wowed the crowd with some exciting acquisition announcements.

Wedding Peach: A bridal extravaganza Wedding Peach is the story of three teenage girls who fight evil with the power of love?as exemplified by the wedding finery they magically don at the first sign of evil! (Naturally they have some armor for particularly nasty disputes.) Wedding Peach is often referred to in the same breath as Sailor Moon for its emphasis on the power of love and for its band of young female heroines.

Megazone 23: A critical title in the modern history of anime Megazone 23 is a Philip K. Dick-ian science-fiction exploration of the meaning of reality. In this it has something in common with an ongoing trilogy of contemporary motion pictures also beginning with the letter M? Megazone 23 is a thrilling title with great mecha designs and all of the free-wheeling imagination you?d expect from a Golden Age classic?and as an added bonus ADV Films has acquired Megazone 23 as well as Megazone 23 Part II and Megazone 23 Part III Parts 1 and 2.
