?Demand The Anime Network? Campaign Taps Fans At Anime Expo In Anaheim

The Anime Network the first dedicated anime network in the nation today announced plans to invade Anime Expo being held July 3-6 at the Anaheim (California) Convention Center tapping into the throngs of anime fans that attend the event to further validate consumer demand for the network to cable operators. The ?Demand the Anime Network? campaign which combines a direct mail component targeting cable carriers across the country with a sweepstakes opportunity for consumers to win a 2004 Honda Civic Si and a sneak preview of Anime Network?s new High-Definition anime programming will highlight the company?s participation at Anime Expo.

?The Anime Expo is the largest consumer convention for anime fans in the world? said John Ledford President CEO and Co-Founder of A. D. Vision Inc. parent company of the Anime Network in making the announcement. ?We?re going to capitalize on those crowds to kick our ?Demand the Anime Network? campaign into high gear.?

Added Kevin Corcoran President of Anime Network ?Anime Expo invites true anime fans to strut their stuff with costume karaoke art and music contests. This is the perfect venue to spread the word about Anime Network and validate the growing popularity of this distinct programming to cable operators everywhere.?

During the Anime Expo gathering the Anime Network will be showcasing its new High-Definition anime content through regularly scheduled special screenings all day during the convention. Each screening provides anime fans attending the event with a sneak preview of the latest High-Definition anime programming carried on Anime Network including such popular anime programs as NOIR; Spriggan; You?re Under Arrest: The Movie; Magical Shopping Street Abenobashi and Samurai X. Consumers attending Anime Expo may obtain tickets for the special High-Definition screenings by visiting A.D. Vision Inc.?s exhibition space on the convention floor: booth 607.

Consumers may also pick up entry forms for the Anime Network ?Demand The Anime Network? sweepstakes qualifying for the grand prize drawing of a new 2004 Honda Civic Si. The sweepstakes runs from July 3 2003 through December 4 2003. Entrants may also register online at the network?s website accessible at http://www.theanimenetwork.com.
