ADV Films today announced an April 20 2004 street date for the fourth home entertainment release from Season Three of Gene Roddenberry?s Andromeda the top-rated nationally syndicated weekly sci-fi/action program starring Kevin Sorbo.

The Gemini Award-winning Saturn Award-nominated Gene Roddenberry?s Andromeda features heroic stories electrifying action and spectacular special effects. A testament to the show?s popularity Kevin Sorbo was named one of the ten most bankable stars in national syndication for two consecutive years.

Based on writings of the legendary writer producer and creator of the enormously successful ?Star Trek? series franchise Gene Roddenberry the series is produced by Andromeda Productions Ltd. in association with Tribune Entertainment Company and Fireworks Entertainment Inc.

?Deep Midnight's Voice? (Episode 318)
Dylan and the crew search for a Nietzschean slip-scout carrying a probe that can map the Slipstream? a power that could change the universe.

Gene Roddenberry?s Andromeda: Season Three Collection Four (SRP $39.98) is a DVD-only release on two discs containing five complete episodes (episodes 314 to 318) on two discs. Presented in anamorphic widescreen in English 2.0 audio and closed captioning. Extras include meet the cast: Lexa Doig; meet the director: Allan Harmon; deleted scenes; design gallery; TV promos behind the scenes: stunts and fights; stunt training footage; and Gordon Michael Woolvett's Gags & Bloopers.
